What an amazing experience in Bali and even more amazing because of our awesome tour guide and driver Gusti. My partner and his family were there and also myself. Gusti planned the trips for us as it was our first time in Bali and he was very attentive to our needs, he did an awesome job and his service was exceptional, words cannot express how grateful we are to have him take care of us. I highly recommend him to anyone travelling to Bali as you will not be disappointed. First time in Bali and definitely not the last. From getting picked up from the Airport to everything in between no faults.

Bali Full Day Tour

It was great experience. There is literally nothing bad to write. Driver came on time hes English was on high level enough to chat with during all day. He had a good knowledge of the Island not only about places where we stopped but also about moat of thing we passed by. I was picked from my hotel in Jimbaran as we arrived early my first stop was Batik factory followed by Barong dance, gold&silver smiths, art village, woodcarving village (I skipped), Tegenungan waterfall, Tegallalang rice terraces and Kintamani where I had lunch in front of a Batur volcano - visibility would be better if I arrived later in a year. Lunch was form of a Buffet and very tasty. After that we continued to coffee plantation where I get to taste some amazing tea and coffee. My last stop was at the Holly spring temple where you can cleanse your body and soul and connect to spirit of the water. People in there will tell you that it does not matter what is your religion you should do the procedure and address it to your god. One amazing day with a lot of beautiful memories.

Bali is heaven on earth and my partner and I were able to explore its magnificent beauty because we had GUSTI our kind, caring, charming tourist guide who made us feel comfortable and he allowed us to fit right in. The adventure packed activities planned for us gave a burst of Adrenaline at the same time we had relaxed lunches with exquisite views of the kintamani volcano, dinners on the beach with the sun set before us and luxury couple massages and an itinerary that allowed us to experience what we wanted! I am very impressed by the quality of service that was provided by Lola Bali Tour! Arriving in Bali, we took the first available brochure with tours and did not regret it. The prices are good - on average, a little higher ($ 3-6) than the options that were found on the Internet later, but much lower than those offered by the tour operator (2 times). With Lokabali and driver Gusti visited rafting, Ubud, volcano, waterfalls, Taman-Ayun, Tanah Lot, Ulu Watu, rice terraces. It was unusual for us that we went on excursions alone, not in a group. I really liked that almost everywhere there was enough time - there was no need to run, rush. Gusti is a great driver. It was calm with him both in heavy traffic and on a mountain serpentine. We asked him all the way about different statues, plants and facts. He kindly answered, told legends and customs. Despite my not very good English, we found a common language. The brochure does not indicate what you need to take with you for each of the tours, it is better to always check this by phone when ordering a tour. Perhaps, if you want to know more information, but do not speak English well, then it would be convenient to go to "cultural" programs (temples, sacred places) with a Russian-speaking guide who would tell "how ships plow ..."))) And so Gusti in front of each place gave brief information about what it was, when it was built. In those places where he accompanied us, he always offered to take a joint photo with my husband. We are glad that we used the services of Lokabali. We wish them good luck, keep the brand in this service!

I went with my family to Bali the first time, we feel good that we chose this company because of many reasons. First, Gusti (our tour guide) arranged the tour as per our requests. Second, he can speak English very well and is very polite. Third, he also drive very well (as I went with the elderly, safety is very important). Finally, the guides provided were very experinced and nice.
