30th wedding anniversary celebration in Bali

Have just returned from a 10 day visit to Bali (Sanur and Ubud) ... having arrived in a strange place, we were a bit unsure of who to ask to assist with tours etc. We had picked up a brochure at the airport and on working through the different tours / operators in our hotel room, came across "Loka Bali Tours" ... in no time had two day trips booked (in Sanur we did one of the water sport adventures" and because we were so impressed with them we immediately booked our tour in Ubud) . Gusti was our tour guide. He was amazing. He collected us when he said he would, took us places and explained the history of the island. His English was great and we had no difficulty understanding him. We could ask him anything and he had an answer. Pricing was more than competitive (in actual fact we had done a bit of "shopping" and LokaBali came out tops in terms of pricing each time) - so real value for money. Thank you to LokaBali for making our trip memorable - for having the patience to stick it out as we wanted to take photo's photo's and more photo's ... I would highly recommend Gusti to anybody looking at trips in and around the island. Lokabali was very professional, extremely timeous and friendly at all times. Awesome tours for couples

First and foremost, let me thank Gusti (our driver) for taking the time to take me and my wife around the beautiful island of Bali. Gusti has cultivated many relationships with other locals, of which, has helped him gain access to many areas normal tour companies and drivers cannot. Gusti would affectively expand your day tours to add value for you. Along with his access, Gusti is very conversational. He is very interested to learn more about the clients he is servicing, while giving them an education on Bali and it’s people. I was able to learn more about the people, culture, religion, and history of Bali while taking in various sites. Loka Bali Tours is by far the best tour company to use during your stay. For couples who prefer to tour alone, this is it. My wife and I were in Bali for 2 and a half weeks. The programs/packages they have prepared for you encompass everything you need to see. They also have awesome water sport packages that can be combined with traditional sightseeing packages. Gusti did an awesome job of coordinating next day trips/packages to ensure we had a seamless schedule of tours/event for the week. Amazing :)

I met Gusti during a transfer to my hotel from the airport via a third party arrangement. He was such a great driver, great English and pleasant to converse with. I contact him again for a transfer back to the airport and he arrived on time and it was all smooth. I totally recommend him for any tours and transfers here in Bali.

Cultural Bali tour with Gusti

We are a family of 4 adults visiting Bali for the first time. We wanted to see some of the cultural highlights of Bali, including the Jatiluwih rice paddies (UNESCO world heritage site). We found a tour with Lokabali (tour LBT21) and were delighted with Gusti our guide. He took us on this tour spending 12 hours sightseeing, which was great value as it included both a buffet lunch an dinner. Gusti was a pleasure to be with, so obliging, giving us as much time as we wanted at each of the temples and the rice fields. He gave a lots of information about what we were seeing and about life in Bali and Indonesia generally. The rice fields were fantastic, so peaceful and relaxing. The temples were all wonderful, particularly sunset over Tanah Lot.

Awesome Bali Trip

Last summer, My wife and I visited 5 Asian countries and Bali was our favorite. The weather was great, the people were really nice there. My tour guide "Gusti" is AWESOME. He brought the whole experience to a different level. Request for him if you can, you will not regret it. Gusti will suggest on places to visit, but you make the final plans for your day. He is always on time, picks you up in the morning, and takes you to where ever you want to go. I suggest you plan the night before and let your tour guide know and he can plan ahead and get you some good deals. Ask to go to the rice terraces and the volcano up in the mountains. Its so beautiful up there.

Excellent Tour guide

We did 3 tours with them. Gusti was our guide for 2 of the day long trips and was an excellent tour guide. Very resourceful and knowledgeable about the places we visit. He was very respectful But also friendly at the same time. He explained about any questions we had about local culture, cuisine, history and was very jovial. Also his english is good and that makes a huge difference while conversing compared to the other drivers we used. Recommend him for your tours

These are all the things whe did with Gusti from Loka Bali Tour. A wonderful experience. Always ready to show his country, explain the costums. He was just amazing. Whe regret not have done our entire holiday of three weeks with him. Great English - whe spent 2 weeks with him - whe will be back next year - Gusti is like family - great guide - excellent driver - always ready for us.
