Bali Half Day Tour

30th wedding anniversary celebration in Bali

Have just returned from a 10 day visit to Bali (Sanur and Ubud) ... having arrived in a strange place, we were a bit unsure of who to ask to assist with tours etc. We had picked up a brochure at the airport and on working through the different tours / operators in our hotel room, came across "Loka Bali Tours" ... in no time had two day trips booked (in Sanur we did one of the water sport adventures" and because we were so impressed with them we immediately booked our tour in Ubud) . Gusti was our tour guide. He was amazing. He collected us when he said he would, took us places and explained the history of the island. His English was great and we had no difficulty understanding him. We could ask him anything and he had an answer. Pricing was more than competitive (in actual fact we had done a bit of "shopping" and LokaBali came out tops in terms of pricing each time) - so real value for money. Thank you to LokaBali for making our trip memorable - for having the patience to stick it out as we wanted to take photo's photo's and more photo's ... I would highly recommend Gusti to anybody looking at trips in and around the island. Lokabali was very professional, extremely timeous and friendly at all times. We had a really great time and certainly got to see what we wanted. Keep it up Gusti. Thank you. You certainly come highly recommended.

Gusti was amazing!

Bali is heaven on earth and my partner and I were able to explore its magnificent beauty because we had GUSTI our kind, caring, charming tourist guide who made us feel comfortable and he allowed us to fit right in. The adventure packed activities planned for us gave a burst of Adrenaline at the same time we had relaxed lunches with exquisite views of the kintamani volcano, dinners on the beach with the sun set before us and luxury couple massages and an itinerary that allowed us to experience what we wanted! I am very impressed by the quality of service that was provided by Lola Bali Tour! Great option for English speakers

While waiting at the airport for baggage claim, we noticed a stand with brochures, where one of the many was the Loka Bali Tour brochure. We took several different ones with us, but the decisive advantage of this company was the ability to rent a car for 5-8-10-12 hours with a fixed cost and a guarantee of comfortable movement around the island. They decided not to mess with taxis on the streets, we needed a proven option. So, we had an idea not to take some kind of ready-made tour, but to ride ourselves through the places that we marked for ourselves on the map. Our driver turned out to be Gusti, a very nice young man, our trip was fun and carefree with him, he helped us navigate the area, told us about the places we visited, and also was our photographer :). The day passed quickly, even with traffic jams. After a great day, we decided to continue using the services of Gusti, taking a few more tours, each of which was unforgettable) Thank you, Gusti, you helped us not only as a driver of a comfortable car, but also as a friend with whom it was pleasant to spend time and chat)

Great local experience!!

We did the #20 tour (Jatiluwih, spices garden, ulun danu, tanah lot) and it was absolutely amazing! Recommended if you want to see and experience some Bali headlines in comfort! Gusti was an amazing tour guide showing us the planned sites and some additional local places along the route. He explained a lot about Bali, the Balinese and the culture. Amazing day thanks to gusti!

Knowledgeable guide

Our customized half day tour was fantastic. The ride to the various locations was comfortable in an airconditioned 4WD, and our guide Gusti was very knowledgeable with the local history. He took the extra mile to walk us to the door step of the attraction and assisted in purchasing the entrance tickets (some were not covered in the package).

Best guide EVER!

We booked with Lokabali out of the blue just because we liked the Flyer from the airport and not reading any reviews before. The guide Gusti picked us up on time, had a spotless and very comfortable car and drove very smooth.After we told him what we would like to do and what not Gusti made some suggestions. Some of which we followed, some not. Right after the first hour with him we decided to also book him for the next day. Gusti did not show us Bali. He made us feel it! It was such a wonderful experience and he was so great in knowing what we would like and how that we just told him to take us where he thought and not listen to our plan. Of course he still listened but made slight changes in a subtle way so that we almost didn't notice.When we come back to Bali there will be no other choice than Gusti. His English. His knowledge, his kindness and his way of literally guiding you is unmatched. Suksma Gusti!

and ubud art village, mount batur climbing adventure, nusa penida,snorkeling, blue lagoon snorkeling, uluwatu temple, java mount ijen crater trekking adventure, kintamani volcano, waterfall, nusa lembongan. These are all the things whe did with Gusti from Loka Bali Tour. A wonderful experience. Always ready to show his country, explain the costums. He was just amazing. Whe regret not have done our entire holiday of three weeks with him. Great English - whe spent 2 weeks with him - whe will be back next year - Gusti is like family - great guide - excellent driver - always ready for us.
