Very good tour! No cheating and Gusti is an excellent driver and guide

We made the tour with the elephant ride, waterfall, rice terraces, Ubud art village and Batuan Temple. Very well organized and all was included in the price (lunch and tickets). Gusti, our driver, was a very nice guy, who spoke very good English and explained to us many of the customs and traditions in Bali. He was always patient and extremely friendly.

Great tours provided

We found the Lokabali leaflet amongst others at the airport and opted for 2 of their trips during our stay. First, from Ubud, we did a full day tour (ref: LBT20) of some of the North of Bali, including Taman Ayun (royal family temple), coffee plantation (to find out about the famous Luwak coffee!), Ulun Danu temple (on lake Beratan in the mountains), Jatiluwih (UNESCO World heritage site of rice fields AMAZING) and ending at Tanah Lot temple for sunset (ruined by heavy rain but you can't control nature!). With lunch and dinner included and Leo driving us, we had a great day and all for $55/person. We then moved to Sanur and did a 2nd full day tour (ref:LBT09 $50/person) in the South of the island which included Snorkerling, a glass bottom boat trip to Turtle island (a bit of a disappointment) followed by a quick lunch before heading off to Nusa Dua. This is where we saw the blow hole on the cliffs and visited one of the nicest beaches we have seen during our holiday. Following this, we headed to Uluwatu temple (AMAZING but beware the monkeys!) before ending for dinner at Jimbaran beach to watch the sunset. Gusti was our driver/guide for the day and we echo all the previous reviews in that his careful driving, extensive knowledge, helpful and useful information, friendliness and general care for us throughout the day made this a memorable trip. Thanks Gusti. We only did the 2 tours and there are many more on offer, but I would not hesitate in recommending Lokabali (and especially Gusti) as your tour organiser whilst on Bali.

One of the best tour guide

I went with my family to Bali the first time, we feel good that we chose this company because of many reasons. First, Gusti (our tour guide) arranged the tour as per our requests. Second, he can speak English very well and is very polite. Third, he also drive very well (as I went with the elderly, safety is very important). Finally, the guides provided were very experinced and nice.

Gusti is the best guide I ever met

My boyfriend and I made quick decision of going to Bali. Once we were there, we had no idea of where to go. Fortunately we found Gusti as our guide. He is very friendly and sincere. He gave us good introduction and always the best choice. My boyfriend said he is the best guide we've met.

Awesome Adventure Day!

My boyfriend and I had a great experience with Loka Bali Tour! They were able to provide us with transfers to and from the airport and helped us organize any tour we wanted. We chose to do a quad bike adventure and river tubing and both were fantastic. Our tour guide was also very friendly and knowledgeable, providing us with information about the Bali culture and making any extra stops we requested. On a whim, he added on the Aloha Bali swings to our tour which was wonderful. Our tour operator was able to get us a really great price and was extremely flexible when we had to change our tour date 3 times due to ongoing Bali Belly. Thanks to Loka Tours for a great day, good prices and being so flexible!

Awesome experience

Gusti is such an awesome driver. Lots of local knowledge and really fun to talk to. He took us to some great places, kept us safe from monkeys at Uluwatu, and took us to fantastic places for food. He is a great bloke and would definitely be keen to have him again. He also has great music taste - we had an awesome time in the car. When I got into his car in the morning he was a tour guide, but when I got home, he was a friend.

Reliable caring company

We booked excursions twice, the trip plan was made according to our wishes, there was a very useful consultation, which allowed us to optimally allocate time, which is important, taking into account traffic jams in Bali. The first time we went to Besakih rafting, the second - to bicycles, toyal temple and Tanah Lot, the driver was polite and punctual, stopped at our request at the post office without any problems, he himself conducted a tour in the temple, and also dropped us off at the place we needed. The boss was also attentive and solved the problems that arose in the best way, thanks for a pleasant stay, we recommend, the prices for some services were lower than competitors with excellent quality

A loyal driver is the key to an awesome holiday

I was in Bali with my mum and brother, and we had an awesome journey! Thanks to the envoirment and the like. But we also experienced most likely the best, funniest and most loyal driver I have ever met during any holiday! His name is Gusti, and we used him the entire time, since we met him. We got his phone number, so we could call him rather than any others. Unlike majority of the taxi drivers in such countries, he is always there on time, he is always smiling, he is very service minded - AND - he isn't fooling you in order to get more cash. I would order the same guy, next time I go to Bali. Definately!
